19.03.10 – 21.03.10 TRIX  75th Anniversary  Celebration
In March 1935 the Trix Express system, with twin running and remote control, was presented to the public at the Leipzig Spring Fair.  An advance from the Bing Table Top Railway which also used 16.5mm track, Trix was the only other 00 model railway at that time. A celebration exhibition is being planned in Berlin with a number of vintage layouts. The organisers would like someone from the TTRCA with an exhibition (could be small) TTR layout to be on display. Can any members offer to help? For more information contact  Dieter Weissbach (DW@ivu.de). More information can be seen on the web at http://trixstadt.de/?page_id=2273

Also, a special range of wagon tarpaulins are being produced to mark the 75th Anniversary. Although they are designed for Trix Express wagons, they also fit the TTR 3-plank (LMS and BR). Information here.
