BANBURY

2011

Martin and Penny organise the TTRCA spare parts service. In addition to attending Banbury, they operate the spares table at other TTRCA UK events and travel to the Trix meeting in Zurich, Switzerland each year.

One of the TTRCA special projects underway: reproduction
pantographs for the EM1 Bo-Bo electric loco.

Clive Parker operated his 3-rail bakelite track layout.

On Clive's layout - his rebuilt and detailed Britannia, recently featured in the TTRCA Gazette.

Duncan Bell's sales table was, as usual, piled high with almost every type of Trix loco.

Another view of Duncan's extensive stock for sale.

Duncan also brought along one of his attractive custom built 2-4-2 tank locos.

Garry Lefevre and Linda Hills-Harrop studying the new wooden Gradient Set pieces.

One of Clive Parker's loco specials: LNER 0-6-0.

Originally a DC TTR Pytchley, the loco chassis is heavily modified.

Another example from Clive's unique loco collection: a Southern Pacific based on a Scotsman.

In addition to the loco rebuilding, Clive also did the excellent paintwork and lining.

Another Trix 'special': Geoffrey Robinson's USA 2-8-0 loco, seen on David Holt's layout.
